FAQ

•  Where are your products made? All of the products are sourced from small family farms in the USA and prepared in Smyrna, Georgia. 

• Are all of your chews safe? Chewing should always be monitored. The first few times it's recommended that you start with short chewing sessions to see how your pup reacts to the chew. Always provide fresh, clean water for your dog while they are consuming. Please be cautious of giving smaller breeds some of the chews provided. See product descriptions for more details.  

•  Do I need refrigerate my my products? It is recommend using your products within the first 4 weeks. All of the products are dehydrated to the point where they are shelf stable for 12 months so if you choose to refrigerate that is completely up to you. This might help retain some freshness.       

•  Do you use any pesticides or preservatives? Absolutely not, all of our treats are completely pesticide and preservative FREE!
